Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Steppe Distribution, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home and kitchen product purchases. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and manuals
  • Free from damage not caused by manufacturing defects

Non-Returnable Items

The following types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Electrical appliances that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Personal care items such as beauty appliances, shavers, or health monitoring devices for hygiene reasons
  • Custom or personalized items made specifically for your order
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Gift cards and digital products
  • Items damaged by misuse or normal wear and tear

Return Process

  1. Contact us first: Email us at info@steppedistribution.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Get approval: Wait for our return authorization before sending items back
  3. Package securely: Use original packaging when possible and include all accessories
  4. Ship to us: Send items to our returns department (address provided upon approval)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (typically 5-7 business days), we will:

  • Send you an email confirmation of receipt
  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • Process approved refunds within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please:

  1. Check your bank account statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank for payment processing delays
  4. Email us at info@steppedistribution.com if issues persist

Exchanges

We replace items that are:

  • Defective due to manufacturing errors
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Wrong item sent due to our error

For exchanges, email us at info@steppedistribution.com with photos of the defective/damaged item.

Return Shipping

  • Customer responsibility: You pay return shipping costs unless item is defective or our error
  • Shipping insurance recommended for items over $100
  • Tracking required: Use trackable shipping service for your protection
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Gift Returns

  • Gift receipts: Provide gift receipt for store credit
  • Without receipt: Returns processed as exchanges only
